Do I pay for what I use?

We charge by the quarter meter > with a tolerance of 1/2m^3 more or less from your original order. This means if you order 5 cubic meters you can use between 4.5m and 5.5m. If you use less than 4.5m, you will be charged for 4.5m. We do not charge a disposal fee or force you to take the remaining balance of concrete. and the 1/2 m3 more or less gives you a great safety buffer from over-ordering / under under-ordering Saving you money and a mess. In the situation above if you need more than 5.5m, we will do our best to get you the additional material, but it can be billed at a premium. If you are unsure with the amount you will need. Just let us know in advance and we will try our best to have extra on the truck. We also have a free concrete calculator to assist

How long do I have, to get the load off the truck?

We offer a 15-minute grace period per meter of concrete used. After that, we charge $4 per minute for work done Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm, and $5 per minute for work done 5pm-7am or on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Any additional time will be billed by the minute. We appreciate if you can let us know in advance if you anticipate needing extra time, so that we can avoid overbooking our services.

Can I have beyond Curb-side delivery?

YES, along as its safe to do so. Just fill out the curb-side waver in advance or at the job site.

Cancellation policy

* No charge for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance.

* A $250 fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

* If rain is in the forecast for the day of your pour, please leave a voicemail / text before 6am canceling your job and there will be no cancellation fee.

Will our concrete truck fit?

Due to their size, our concrete trucks cannot fit through all spaces. Our trucks are approximately 13 feet tall, 9 feet wide, and 30 feet long. Please be sure to have a backup plan in case we cannot access your desired location. We can reach concrete approximately 18 feet from the back tires of the truck, but we can only reach 8-10 feet if it is being poured into a wheelbarrow or onto a porch. We are unable to pour concrete over fences or up onto raised loading docks.
